Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist within our dynamic team, you will work alongside two other physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) in a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and innovation. The facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and resources to facilitate a comprehensive range of treatment approaches. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish pertinent objectives and requirements for each patient in a clinical setting.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, averaging one patient per hour, while maintaining high standards of care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing a variety of physical therapy techniques.
• Design and execute comprehensive care plans that focus on improving mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
• Foster a motivating environment that encourages patients throughout their treatment journey, empowering them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, making adjustments to care plans as necessary and ensuring open communication with patients.
• Document all therapy sessions and treatment interventions meticulously, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and optimize treatment pathways.

The patient demographic primarily consists of individuals seeking recovery from orthopedic injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Demonstrated competency in manual therapy techniques and modalities relevant to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software platforms, specifically WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient management.
• A clean professional record with no board actions or disciplinary measures associated with licensure.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a focus on hands-on therapy and building patient relationships.
• Proficiency in developing personalized exercise regimens that accommodate varying levels of physical ability.
• Experience in motivating patients through tailored wellness and fitness programs that contribute to sustainable health improvements.

Compensation and Benefits
