Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and therapy needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are aligned with each patient's individual goals, ensuring a personalized approach to recovery.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to effectively reduce pain, enhance strength, and restore mobility.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies, fostering self-management and long-term health awareness.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees such as a Doctor or Master of Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits
