Accounts Receivable Clerk

Beacon Hill client in Woolwich Township is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join their team. This is a fast-paced, collaborative, and informal environment with an approachable executive team and strong cross‑functional interaction. This role is open to candidates with hands‑on AR or AP experience, including those with relevant internship or entry‑level accounting exposure. Position Summary Process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts Assist with collections follow‑up and maintain AR aging reports Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and data flow Maintain organized records of transactions and customer communications Technical Qualifications 0‑2+ years of AR, AP, or general accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Proficiency in Excel (data entry, basic formulas; Pivot Tables a plus) Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a team‑oriented, fast‑moving environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
