What you bring:

• Valid and active CTC Special Education Teaching Credential (Mild/Moderate, Extensive Support Needs, or equivalent)
• Previous experience with K-12 SPED populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, assessment, and progress monitoring
• Adaptability and flexibility to travel between sites as a district floater
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional support and case management for students with diverse needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual learning styles and abilities
• Assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Actively participate in parent meetings, staff collaborations, and professional development activities
• Contribute to positive school culture and student success across multiple campuses

In this role, you'll work 37.5 hours per week (8 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) from 8/20/26 through 6/10/27, with a highly competitive hourly rate of $40–$50.
