Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will assume the following essential responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs.

• Providing therapy sessions for couples and individual family members, addressing a variety of issues including grief and loss, conflict resolution, and communication barriers.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans based on clinical assessments and individual client goals.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions that may include addressing complex dynamics such as blended families, divorce, and job-related stress.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborating with external professionals and resources as needed to support comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse range of patients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage with clients facing various challenges such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological trauma, family conflicts, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients navigate these sensitive and often complex issues, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your state.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong clinical skills and experience in providing therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience\n
