Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, building trust and rapport while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of each client's progress and treatment outcomes utilizing electronic record-keeping systems.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and appropriate interventions.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions for ongoing professional development and support.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• At least one year of postgraduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.

• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort with completing comprehensive intake assessments to ensure effective treatment planning.
