Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnoses.

• Deliver therapeutic services through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and coordinating emergency services when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and sensitive client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including detailed treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists and social workers to offer integrated support to clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, inform them about available resources, and advocate for their needs within the community.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
