Key Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive patient care following the prescriptions of physicians or other state-authorized practitioners, ensuring adherence to patient safety standards.
• Utilize advanced evaluation techniques to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that identify clear, measurable goals.
• Implement treatment programs while monitoring patient tolerance and status, making necessary adjustments to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Create and maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies, ensuring easy access for interdisciplinary team members.
• Engage in family education sessions, equipping families with necessary tools and understanding to support their loved one's rehabilitation journey.
• Participate in department quality improvement initiatives, contributing insights during chart reviews and actively participating in collaborative discussions to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapy license in California, in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
