VP of Non-Profit Operations

VP of Non-Profit Operations | Political Fundraising Firm | Washington, D.C. | Job ID: #3672881-2
Are you an experienced nonprofit fundraising or business development professional ready to build relationships and grow a portfolio of nonprofit clients? This opportunity with a political fundraising firm offers the chance to develop new business, provide digital fundraising solutions, and manage long-term client relationships from initial outreach through campaign execution and renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with nonprofits seeking digital fundraising and acquisition support.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert organizations into long-term fundraising clients.
- Present digital fundraising solutions tailored to each organization’s goals and needs.
- Coordinate client onboarding and campaign launches with internal fundraising teams.
- Manage ongoing client relationships, renewals, upsells, and performance conversations.
Requirements:
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, digital marketing, sales, development, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building skills with nonprofit leaders and organizational decision-makers.
- Comfortable prospecting, pitching services, developing new business, and closing clients.
- Understanding of small-dollar fundraising, email, SMS, and digital acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and client management skills.
Compensation: Starting at $100,000 annually , plus benefits.
