Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions via secure telehealth platforms, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions, psychoeducation, and crisis support to enhance clients' coping strategies and understanding of their mental health.

• Document and maintain detailed client records in an electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Empower Edge Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds. Your role will involve addressing complex emotional and psychological challenges, thus requiring sensitivity to the unique experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work is required.

• Current independent LPC licensure from the state of Oregon is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
