This full-time position is primarily based in an outpatient office setting, with options for remote work to enhance work-life balance. Regular office hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, creating a structured yet adaptable schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Use evidence-based practices and solution-focused methods to guide therapy sessions.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and multiple other proven modalities.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records while ensuring adherence to stringent confidentiality and regulatory standards, including HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings, promoting continuous improvement and the exchange of therapeutic insights.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about their mental health conditions and available community resources.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research to apply enhanced practices in your patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults who are grappling with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
