Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and readiness for change using telehealth tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, regularly updating them based on progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, engaging clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring adaptability to a remote format.

• Monitor and document clients' progress in a secure electronic health record system, making timely adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Deliver crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring clients have immediate access to mental health resources during critical times.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client’s needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, attending training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Must possess current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
