This position is designed for a remote professional who values work-life balance while addressing the mental health needs of our community. Our outpatient office operates weekdays and Saturdays, allowing clinicians the flexibility to create their schedules within a supportive practice framework. We provide comprehensive in-house credentialing, management of insurance participation, and streamlined scheduling processes, enabling our therapists to focus solely on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their individual needs and circumstances.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Participate in patient rounds, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to refine care plans and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, coordinating with other health professionals and community resources to deliver holistic care.

• Support clients in achieving their individualized service plans through regular follow-ups and adjustments to therapeutic strategies as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse population of individuals dealing with varying mental health challenges and life transitions. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds, including adolescents and families, helping them navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, demonstrating competency in client assessments and therapeutic interventions.

• A willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, adapting your schedule to meet client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
