Provide neonatal care in a reputable Level-IIIB NICU within a leading facility in Kansas City

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team providing compassionate, family-centered neonatal care

Manage intubations, ventilator management, and other advanced neonatal procedures

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education

Engage in continuous professional development and mentorship programs

Support well-baby care and family support services, including NICU Family Support and Angel Eye monitoring

Valid and current Neonatal NP (NNP) certification (no PAs, FNP, or PNP accepted)

Active Missouri state licensure or eligibility

At least 1 year of neonatal experience preferred; open to new grads

Excellent communication, team collaboration, and critical thinking skills
