Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health and substance abuse needs, ensuring that every evaluation is comprehensive and tailored to the individual.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings, engaging clients in setting achievable goals and strategies for their recovery journey.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services, which may include individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster client engagement and recovery.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing our EHR system to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to design cohesive treatment strategies that prioritize patient-centered care and enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and recommendations based on clinical expertise.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, equipping clients with coping mechanisms and immediate support during challenging situations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive and ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
