Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing direct clinical services, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and managing a diverse caseload.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans that focus on client empowerment and evidence-based practices.

• Actively engaging with clients to establish therapeutic rapport while effectively addressing their mental health and substance use concerns.
\n
• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress, treatment adjustments, and care coordination.
\n
• Ensuring timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
\n
• Monitoring client adherence to treatment protocols and facilitating necessary referrals to external resources and services.
\n
• Contributing to the development of crisis intervention strategies and providing on-call support as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets individuals experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use disorders. You will work closely with populations that have historically faced barriers to accessing mental health services, ensuring they receive compassionate and culturally competent care. Your commitment to understanding and respecting diverse traditions, beliefs, and experiences will greatly enhance the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of Colorado.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting, showcasing expertise in providing therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are essential, the following experiences are preferred but not mandatory:

Compensation and Benefits\n
