Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one clinical counseling services to clients, both remotely and in community settings, targeting those with mental health challenges such as major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges, with an emphasis on developing effective treatment plans that promote mental and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with team members to create and implement evidence-based interventions and to pursue common goals, enhancing treatment outcomes for the population served.

• Engage in risk assessments and crisis management, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients while maintaining adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
