Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry out thorough assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, accommodating the unique circumstances and preferences of each client.

• Engage with clients to establish and refine therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and monitoring progress throughout the therapy journey.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based strategies, to be effective in addressing diverse client issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients who may be grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and stress management. Our focus spans various age groups and backgrounds, making it imperative that counselors demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to the unique factors affecting each individual’s mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in virtual therapy techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients effectively via online communication.

• Capable of exhibiting empathy and understanding to foster a safe, trusting therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities necessary to balance client caseloads and maintain accurate records remotely.
