This role is primarily remote, allowing counselors to work outside of a traditional office while still receiving the necessary support and resources from our team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and guidelines.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate progress, address stability issues, schedule upcoming appointments, and coordinate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to ascertain each client's mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment strategies.

• Provide weekly individual therapy sessions, tailoring modalities to best suit the therapeutic goals of the client.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to reflect on clinical practices and enhance professional development.

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers to create a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in New Jersey.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience providing clinical support in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, electronic medical records (PMS software), and communication tools.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families, with strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.

• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans based on client needs.
