Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions, discern strengths, and identify available community resources.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with the treatment team in organizing multi-disciplinary meetings to discuss treatment progress and modify care plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when required, addressing immediate needs and ensuring the welfare of clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering community resilience and peer support among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. You will work with a diverse population, providing culturally competent care and employing a strengths-based approach to help empower clients and their families in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
