This role will operate within a community health clinic setting, primarily through telehealth platforms, allowing you to provide essential services to a diverse client base from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to improve communication and resolve conflicts.
\n
• Assess patients effectively to develop personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and patient outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to contribute towards integrated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a wide range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Common topics addressed through therapy include:

• Physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss issues.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts, including sibling rivalries and parental issues.

• Transitions such as separation, divorce, and blending families.

• Job-related stress and coping with medical issues.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this vital role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• Possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While all applicants are encouraged to apply, those with experience in community health settings or telehealth services will be viewed favorably. Flexibility to manage a caseload of 30 hours or more per week is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pro Health Psychotherapy offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this, we provide:
