Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health status and personal needs of each client using compassion and critical analysis.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adult clients grappling with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. By embracing a client-centered approach, you will collaborate closely with clients to ensure their unique experiences and goals are at the forefront of their treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients.

• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills to facilitate a manageable caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your licensure record.
