This position is uniquely structured to give counselors the best of both worlds by offering a hybrid work setting. Counselors will primarily conduct sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring safety and convenience for both clients and counselors. In addition to remote options, opportunities for in-person sessions with clients will be available based on mutual comfort and preference. Our supportive administrative team handles client bookings, allowing counselors to focus solely on delivering quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of stable adults presenting with low acuity mental health concerns. Each client undergoes a thorough pre-screening process to ensure they are matched with counselors who align with their specific needs and specialties. This arrangement allows our counselors to work with clients that they are best suited to help, focusing on manageable cases rather than high-acuity situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Candidates must possess an active, fully licensed credential to practice independently (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, determined by hours worked and experience level. Full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to facilitate their own health and well-being. Payments are made via weekly direct deposits, ensuring financial stability for our dedicated team.
