Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing teletherapy platforms and in-person meetings to effectively engage clients in their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

• Engage with a client base comprising primarily stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health challenges, ensuring that care is provided within a manageable scope.

• Clients are pre-screened to confirm their readiness for counseling, allowing you to focus your expertise on individuals aligned with your specializations and demographic preferences.

• This role does not involve severe mental health cases, enabling counselors to concentrate on fostering manageable therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Candidates must possess a valid, unrestricted license to practice in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, allowing autonomy in providing care.

• Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on assessment, treatment planning, and intervention strategies.
