• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients, family members, guardians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
• Organize and manage home visits for clients when necessary, which may include direct observation, data collection, and health assessment.
• Regularly update and refine tentative treatment plans in collaboration with supervisors, documenting progress through various methodologies, including observation and follow-ups.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing your insights and expertise for collective decision-making.
• Prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly progress reports to track client outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance skills in executing and documenting treatment plans effectively.
• Manage client records meticulously, ensuring that information is accessible to authorized personnel when needed while adhering to legal confidentiality standards.
• Create and refine training materials aimed at improving program methodologies, making them relevant and adaptable to client needs.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth, encompassing various backgrounds and presenting concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. This dynamic client engagement allows you to employ your counseling techniques in real-world settings that require adaptability and compassion.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, showcasing a deep commitment to client care.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse populations, enhancing the therapeutic relationship.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms beneficial for remote counseling.

• Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addressing substance misuse challenges is highly preferred.
• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Recovery Wellbeing Counseling Center offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
