Work Environment

This position will operate in a remote setting, making extensive use of telehealth technologies. Candidates will have access to a robust online platform for conducting virtual sessions, ensuring that clients receive an uninterrupted continuum of care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients' mental health needs via virtual consultations.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals, continually refining approaches as necessary.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to support diverse needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, contributing expertise and insights into client cases.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with legal standards and ethical practices.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and continuing education workshops, ensuring professional development and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is required.
• Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group therapy in a mental health context.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth services or online therapy formats is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technologies that facilitate telehealth delivery.
• Specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits

Thrive & Bloom Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
