• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and diagnostic criteria.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' goals, regularly assessing progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers—to ensure seamless and integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical documentation practices.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay informed on the latest best practices in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. Your clients may include individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, trauma-related conditions, and more. Understanding the specific cultural and socioeconomic factors influencing mental health is crucial as you adapt your techniques to be culturally competent and responsive to your clients' unique needs.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities applicable to diverse mental health conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, essential for documentation and client interactions.
• Commitment to ethical standards and the protection of client confidentiality.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment, showcasing adaptability to virtual counseling methods.
• Background in treating complex cases involving co-occurring disorders.
• Additional certifications or training in specialty areas within mental health, such as trauma-informed care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside an enticing sign-on bonus.
