This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients effectively. You will have the flexibility of a home office while ensuring access to the resources necessary for high-quality counseling. You will work alongside fellow counselors in a collaborative culture that encourages sharing insights and techniques to improve client outcomes.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess their psychological wellbeing and identify key areas needing improvement.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families through secure telehealth sessions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes for effective case management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, coordinating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards and adhere to ethical regulations in all client interactions.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse adults and youth experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, grief, and adjustment-related disorders. You will also play a pivotal role in providing support during high-stress periods in clients' lives, helping them navigate transitions and enhance their coping mechanisms. The flexible framework of telehealth allows you to reach clients from various socio-economic backgrounds, emphasizing our commitment to diversity and inclusion in care.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is a prerequisite.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and colleagues.
• Expertise in using telehealth platforms and electronic records management systems is advantageous.

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, particularly those relevant to trauma-informed care and the treatment of anxiety and depression.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and ability to manage emergency situations effectively.
