Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions to inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will be pre-screened and assessed to ensure they have stable mental health conditions with low acuity, allowing you to provide meaningful support within a structured therapeutic framework. This focus on lower acuity clients creates a conducive environment for growth and development, enabling therapists to utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• An independent state license as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to assess clients’ needs and craft individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
\n
• Adept at using technology, including telehealth platforms and client management systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, candidates with additional experience in teletherapy, or specialized focus areas such as trauma-informed care or adolescent counseling will find that such backgrounds enhance their effectiveness within our client base.
