• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices.

• Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during regular case consultations, ensuring integrated and holistic treatment approaches.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available resources.
\n
• Keep abreast of the latest developments and research in the mental health field to continually improve care quality.

• Employ your strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenging cases and enhance patient outcomes.

You will work with a diverse client population, focusing on individuals who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our clinic emphasizes culturally competent care and encourages therapists to foster a collaborative relationship with clients, supporting their journey towards resilience and personal growth.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and an ability to tailor approaches according to each client's unique needs.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• Adept at utilizing critical thinking to analyze complex clinical situations and deliver appropriate interventions.
\n
• Willingness to thrive as part of a collaborative team, respecting and valuing the contributions of colleagues.

• Experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults is a plus.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions effectively.

• Previous work within a community health setting is advantageous.
