Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to effectively evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will engage with adult clients primarily but may also provide services to adolescents, thereby necessitating a compassionate and adaptable approach to meet varied needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and active state licensure to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Urban Community Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may be available, including a sign-on bonus.
