Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering the convenience and flexibility to create your own schedule while working dedicated hours between Monday and Saturday. Our supportive infrastructure includes in-house credentialing and management of insurance, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—providing exceptional care to your clients. The remote setting is designed to create a collaborative atmosphere from the comfort of your home, with ongoing communication and engagement with our central office.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, families, and groups to determine their unique needs and triage care accordingly.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions remotely, leveraging communication technologies to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Document treatment progress and outcomes in accordance with organizational guidelines and maintain clear communication with interdisciplinary teams during patient rounds.

• Act as a case manager for assigned clients to coordinate integrated care, consulting with hospitals and community resources to enhance the overall treatment experience.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of all documentation, safeguarding the quality of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and their families, catering to a diverse client base that may include students navigating academic pressures, familial difficulties, trauma, and emotional disorders. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and personal growth among young individuals, empowering them to overcome obstacles and succeed academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.

• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in a mental health counseling or school-based setting.
