Key Responsibilities\n

  Utilize DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to accurately assess clients for substance use diagnoses, ensuring alignment with ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) standards for the appropriate level of care.

  Prepare and implement comprehensive substance abuse counseling components as part of client treatment plans, adapting to the evolving needs of your caseload.

  Guide the development of discharge plans and continuum of care strategies that facilitate smooth transitions for clients moving through various levels of treatment.

  Maintain meticulous documentation that captures all facets of client interactions, including counseling sessions, treatment updates, and follow-ups within clinical records.

  Oversee a designated caseload, performing case management duties and ensuring all treatment plans are adhered to and updated as required.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive benefits package that includes:
