The full-time schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a focused work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a vital liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

• Engage with insurance companies to secure pre-certifications and manage utilization effectively, advocating for the best possible client outcomes.

• Participate actively in discharge and aftercare planning, ensuring that clients have a robust support network in place when transitioning out of care.

• Facilitate therapeutic meal support sessions, while modeling and promoting healthy relationships with food, critical for clients’ recovery pathways.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
