Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be tasked with delivering psychotherapy and support services to hospice patients grappling with complex emotional and psychological challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Formulating evidence-based treatment plans that encompass a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Mind Sync Behavioral Health Center, you will work primarily with hospice patients and their families, many of whom are facing significant emotional distress associated with terminal illnesses. This role is central to providing grief support, counseling for anticipatory loss, and strategies to improve emotional resilience during end-of-life transitions. Your empathetic approach will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for patients and their loved ones.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Connecticut.
