This position operates within a predominantly remote work setting, while still being a pivotal part of our community health clinic. Our office is available for meetings and team collaboration from Monday to Saturday, providing clinicians with both flexibility and support. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approach to their unique needs.

• Delivering evidence-based clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to assist clients in crafting and achieving personalized service plans.

• Maintaining proactive communication with interdisciplinary teams to discuss and document assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress during team meetings.

• Providing ethical and timely documentation aligned with regulatory standards and departmental guidelines.

• Offering case management support that entails collaboration with external partners, including hospitals and local community organizations, to enhance care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical practice will focus primarily on outpatient clients presenting with a range of mental health conditions. This will include adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Reluctance to work a flexible schedule, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week to meet client needs.
