Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and develop individualized treatment plans effectively addressing their specific challenges.

  Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

  Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at assisting patients in processing their trauma, building coping strategies, and promoting resilience.

  Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary health professionals to ensure each patient receives integrated and holistic care.

  Deliver crisis intervention support when needed, particularly during trauma-related emergencies, contributing to patients' immediate therapeutic needs.

  Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to enhance their recovery processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients recovering from various trauma-related disorders. Understanding the unique emotional and psychological needs of this population is essential for providing effective therapy and supporting their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

  A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
