Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be pivotal in assessing and treating students with diverse mental health concerns. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, formulating evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on individual responses and preferences.

• Documenting clinical activities and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining a thorough and timely electronic medical record.

• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other mental health professionals to design integrated care plans that address school-related challenges and promote academic success.

• Participating in case consultations and team meetings to share insights, discuss treatment strategies, and elevate the quality of care provided.

• Educating students and their families about mental health resources, treatment modalities, and support systems in the community.

• Managing a full caseload of students, maintaining a focus on meeting treatment goals efficiently while adhering to ethical standards as outlined by the National Association of Social Workers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, a population that presents unique mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social skills deficits. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
