The Role As a Federal Account Executive focused on Defense Agencies, you will champion Everpure’s radically simple, all-flash data solutions to modernize how the Department of Defense manages and secures information. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to defense leaders, translating complex technical advantages into mission‑critical outcomes that enhance national security. By leading cross‑functional pursuit teams and collaborating with our partner ecosystem, you will displace legacy complexity with the Everpure Platform to drive transformative growth within your territory. What You’ll Do Modernize Defense Infrastructure: Evangelize the Everpure Platform and our all‑flash portfolio to Defense Agencies, ensuring stakeholders recognize the total value proposition and technical superiority of our solutions over legacy storage. Strategic Account Orchestration: Lead integrated pursuit teams and develop comprehensive account plans to synchronize internal resources, ensuring every engagement is positioned to win new logos and expand our footprint. Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Drive a robust pipeline of sales activity through consistent prospecting and “Challenger” methodology to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas. Relationship Stewardship: Build and deepen high‑trust relationships across the Defense landscape—from the data center to the boardroom—to maintain Everpure’s industry‑leading customer satisfaction and ensure long‑term mission success. What You Bring Defense Sector Expertise: Demonstrated success in navigating and closing complex sales cycles within Defense Agencies, with a deep understanding of the unique procurement and mission requirements of the DoD. Strategic Sales Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder pursuit teams and work collaboratively with Channel Partners to manage complex negotiations and achieve high‑value business outcomes. Consultative Mindset: A “Challenger” approach to sales, using technical insights and creative problem‑solving to help customers rethink their data architecture and overcome persistent business challenges. Business Development Drive: Exceptional prospecting and “hunter” skills, with a track record of acquiring new enterprise logos and consistently delivering high‑volume annual revenues. Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both executive leadership and technical operators, fostering shared ownership and long‑term partnerships. Salary and Compensation The annual base salary range is: $130,000 - $208,000 USD In addition, the role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
