Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, taking into account emotional, mental, social, and environmental factors.

• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on individual goals and preferences.

• Provide empathetic counseling and support to seniors coping with life transitions, bereavement, and health challenges, guiding them through emotional difficulties.

• Advocate for clients' rights and ensure access to community resources, facilitating the receipt of supportive services and benefits.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
