Pro Health Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fully remote capacity, focused on providing vital support and interventions for children with developmental delays and disabilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children referred for early intervention services, using a variety of standardized tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with families in the development and implementation of IFSPs, ensuring all plans align with the child's development needs and family priorities.

• Monitor and track progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed, and work effectively within a team to achieve shared goals for each child.
\n
• Provide emotional and educational support to families, enabling them to enhance their child’s developmental skills through effective strategies and resources.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning.
\n
• Administer regular follow-ups with families to ensure continuity of care and positive outcomes, adapting approaches based on individual learning styles and developmental progress.

• Comply with all federal and state regulations concerning confidentiality, safety, and the health of children and families served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with infants and young children facing developmental challenges. The goal is to enhance their physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during their formative years. Your expertise will empower families to navigate challenges, support their child's growth, and access appropriate resources in a compassionate, family-centered manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required, with a valid license from the Department of Public Health and an active LCSW designation.

• Experience in early intervention and a deep understanding of child development are essential for success in this role.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a collaborative care environment.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, alongside strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
