Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and culturally informed treatment modalities.

• Experience in providing therapy services within a diverse, inclusive framework, both individually and in groups.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Competence with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and relevant computer applications to document sessions and manage patient information efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
