HR Payroll Administrator
LHH is looking for a Human Resources Payroll Administrator for a client of ours, a non profit organization in Queens, NY. This full time position will be 100% on-site and have experience processing payroll and reporting with UKG. This position will pay between $75,000- $85,000, contingent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing and reporting in UKG
- Employee relations: Assist with employee conflict resolution and performance management
- Talent acquisition support
- HR compliance
Requirements:
- Experience processing payroll and reporting with UKG
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
