Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' functional abilities using diagnostic tests to determine treatment goals and necessary therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize advanced techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and physical agents, to facilitate healing and rehabilitation.
• Work closely with physical therapy assistants, overseeing their work and ensuring adherence to established care plans while providing mentorship and guidance.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
