Business Development Manager

Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and grow market share Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, referrals, events, and inbound channels Own the early stages of the sales funnel, including prospecting, qualification, and initial engagement Collaborate with sales teams to transition qualified opportunities and support deal progression Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and value propositions Negotiate terms and close new business deals where applicable Relationship Building Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Build partnerships that support long-term growth and strategic initiatives Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Maintain strong follow-up and engagement practices to convert prospects into clients Market & Competitive Analysis Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks to the business Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on growth strategies Track and analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning Strategic Planning & Collaboration Partner with Marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation strategies Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition and onboarding Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution Support development of pricing strategies, proposals, and sales materials Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Track pipeline metrics such as lead conversion rates, deal velocity, and win/loss data Provide regular forecasts and updates to leadership Analyze performance data to optimize outreach and growth strategies Qualifications Behaviors Preferred Enthusiastic Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Detail Oriented Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Required Self-Starter Inspired to perform without outside help Growth Opportunities Inspired to perform well by the chance to take on more responsibility Ability to Make an Impact Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Goal Completion Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasks Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
