This role is entirely remote, which affords you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will engage with clients in a virtual community health clinic setting, supported by advanced technology that facilitates seamless communication and therapy experiences. As part of our remote team, you’ll have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, while our onboarding specialists ensure you are promptly ready to accept clients—often within just 1-3 days.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, customizing each session according to the needs and goals of the client.

• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities to effectively address a range of mental health issues.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly assessing client progress and modifying approaches as necessary to foster better outcomes.

• Facilitate insightful discussions with clients to help them explore their emotions and experiences, and empower them to develop healthy coping strategies.

• Monitor progress throughout the treatment plan and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with organizational standards.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will be working with a diverse client population that includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and presenting concerns. Our clients may seek help for issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must hold an active state license in the designated field, such as: \n

• A minimum of 2 years of supervised counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Ability to practice independently, demonstrating sound clinical judgment without the need for supervision.

• Clean disciplinary record without any actions against your license.

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and resilience when working with clients.
