Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients in accordance with their mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and develop effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes and treatment plans using our digital record-keeping systems.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and techniques through continuous professional development.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to share insights and enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary to provide holistic support to clients, including educators and family members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from various backgrounds facing diverse mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will work primarily with adults, assessing their unique situations to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• An active license in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology (such as LCSW-C, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) is required to provide unsupervised services.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution; a master’s degree is preferred.

• At least two years of experience actively providing clinical psychotherapy, respectfully engaging with clients to promote mental wellness.

• Excellent documentation and writing skills for session notes and progress reports.
\n
• Must have a clean record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and others.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting emotional and behavioral assessments for clients.

• Experience in setting measurable goals and monitoring client progress to adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.

• Prior work in school settings or community mental health environments is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
