You’ll deliver in-person interventions onsite—while teletherapy options may be explored as a supplemental backup.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license or credentials.
• Ability to provide documentation for standard district compliance requirements, including background checks and clearances.
• Flexibility and adaptability for assignments as building placements are finalized within the district.
• Previous school-based SLPA experience is valued; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support SLPs in implementing therapy plans and interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Maintain accurate student records in accordance with district standards.
• Assist with screening, assessment, and direct intervention for assigned caseload.
• Communicate progress and support classroom integration of therapy recommendations.
• Adapt to changes in building assignment or caseload as district coverage needs evolve.
