Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in proactive crisis intervention, employing de-escalation techniques to manage acute distress and determining when to refer patients to specialized care if necessary.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with licensing requirements and the ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and spiritual care providers, to foster a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves terminally ill patients and their families facing the many psychological and emotional challenges associated with end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating comprehensive training in clinical social work practices.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in New Jersey, ensuring compliance with state regulations for clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
