Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan and oversee group and individual therapy sessions, tailoring each approach to meet the diverse needs of patients.

• Supervise daily operations of behavioral health therapists, coordinating assignments, conducting annual performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
